Challenge
As former product managers, we remember the frustration of having immediate creative and strategic needs that couldn’t be addressed by our larger agencies. Why did projects have to take so long? Why were they so expensive? Why was the process so difficult? The marketing team at Bayer Consumer Care felt the same way, and recognized this sentiment as an opportunity to engage New Frontier as an agency partner to address everyday marketing challenges on both their larger and smaller brands.
Solution
We were able to step in as an efficient, accessible resource to develop new creative work, while managing each project as if we were still on the brand team overseeing the P&L, aligning with the brand strategy, and navigating the internal approval process.
Results
We’ve covered it all with our partners at Bayer, from brand consulting, to creative concepts and website development, to digital banners, to retail programs, to national FSI’s and an award-winning print campaign.
